The project envisions an international expedition in the very heart of one of the harshest places on our planet – in the mountains of Tien Shan. There, the expedition would attempt an ascent on one of the highest and most spectacular summits of this part of the Earth. Their goal is to officially give to the summit a new geographical name – “The Liberty Peak”!

This name does not have an equivalent anywhere on the world map. Such a noble and superior name is offered as a symbol of the core value of all the nations of our planet.

All national television broadcasters will be granted rights to send their film crews to friendly Kyrgyzstan.

A helicopter and a special filming ground, equipped for the first time on the border of the earth atmosphere, will provide a unique opportunity to demonstrate to the entire world the beauty of Kyrgyzstan.

The rising of enormous national flags to the strains of national anthems by the climbers of every country will be broadcast at the prime time on TV channels across the world.

A special promotional film of the 30-meter large flags on “The Liberty Peak” in the rays of the rising sun will constitute a spectacular part of this highland festival. To make this filming possible, a photographer with his assistants will have to spend several days at the height of seven thousand metes, almost in stratosphere.

A collection of panoramic photographs of national flags will be offered for public sale at some of the largest auction houses in the world. How much do such works of art cost? We often hear about the high prices paid for photographs of paparazzi. However, even higher amounts are invested into photo art in the quiet of respectable auction houses. And we are not talking about works of old masters of photography in its infancy, but rather about the art of contemporary artists. Today, one million dollars for a rare image by a modern photographer would not be surprising.

The Project Organizing Committee offers you the opportunity to film for advertisement on the very top of “The Liberty Peak”. You can choose your preferred country whose President will receive a historical commemorative present. After all, a seven-kilometer-high mountain is the highest billboard in the world!
